That error is typically a client side error so I suspect that the busytime lookups are being sent (or tried to be sent) to another server (probably the original host). That would probably be due to the name that is being looked up when the request is being processed.
Since you moved your R&R across domains I have to wonder if all of the data got changed in the NAB too (you didnt mention it). If your NAB data is not accurate then it will cause problems for things that rely on it like R&R and busytime.
First off, enable some INIs to give yourself more info:
Now restart RnRMgr and try a test or two. See what the logging info shows you. That should give you an idea what it is trying to do and where the error comes from.
The first INI is for RnRMgr. The next 2 INIs are for the core C&S/R&R autoprocessing engine. The last INI is for busytime lookups.
If you cannot figure it out from what you see you can try posting the related debug output here for some helpful analysis by forum members or you can open a support ticket and get some one on one time with our very capable Tech Support team. (I am not likely to be monitoring this forum frequently in the near term due to deadlines and R&R is important enough that you may not want to wait for my next free gulp of air to respond.)
